Life is crazier than it has ever felt before. My little ones are growing beyond any grasp. My extended family is going through a stressful time due to past circumstances. My husbands career is the most time consuming it has ever been. There are periods of time in my life where the wheels start spinning out of control. Today I just felt the need to stop and breathe. To look back on some of my past thoughts and writings to bring me back to my center. There are days that you have to look back on what you believe, what your values are, and what words you have expressed before about your approach to life- refreshing yourself in your own words and advice.
